  • Click on the conduct appraisal button and click add goal button.
  • Choose the criteria and put the rating and remarks for it.
  • Continue it for four criteria and then if you finished then click initiate.
  • Click on the initiate in the review table and click conduct appraisal button.
  • Click on the arrow button in gallery which bring data to form.
  • It is where you can self-review and save the data.
  • Click on submit only after saving every form in the review gallery.
Choose an employee who submitted his data and click on conduct appraisal button. Then put the variable pay in top form and click on the complete button.
Yes, you can download the variable pay of every employee but only by admin access user.
