Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement custom business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate (Microsoft Flow).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and expertise.
  • Develop custom connectors, APIs, and custom connectors to integrate with external systems.
  • Develop workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the Power Platform and related technologies.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of the Power Platform and related technologies such as PowerBI, Common Data Service (CDS), and SharePoint.
  • Strong experience in customizing and developing business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
 
  • Involve in Solution Design, building, and participate in technology requirements.
  • Drive through and provide support across all phases of SDLC to ensure successful deliverables. Play an active role in guiding technical team developers toward collective team deliverables. Coordinate with customers and functional teams as required and facilitate high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns with working experience in .NET and related frameworks & technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Web API, xUnit Test Framework).
  • Additionally, have React/Angular, Node, any RDBMS, and Azure cloud experience.
  • Developing REST APIs and have worked on microservices architecture.
  • Deploying workloads to Azure, also using Cloud Native CI/CD tools (Azure Pipelines/Circle CI/Jenkins X) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a lean startup/agile teams with demonstrated application of the principles.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities :

  • Requirements and specifications to understand the requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.
  • Provide an estimate of work requirements and support with required artifacts.
  • Key contributor for development with all required setup for facilitation and ensuring smooth development processes such as workspace setup, team bootcamp, environment facilitation, infrastructure team, and deployment pipeline.
  • Support and debugging skills.


Preferrable domain competency:

  • Retail, SCM and Discrete manufacturing domain knowledge would be added advantages.


Experience required:
Minimum of 5+ Years.

  • To work as an individual contributor, develop and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
  • Client Visits, Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Constant updates on CRM & generating reports on a weekly basis
  • Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Coordinating business generation activities
  • Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
  • Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
  • Adherence to systems & Policies of the organization.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
  • Key responsible for functional activities related to Dynamics F&O/NAV/BC
  • To understand and assist the functional requirement under Dynamics-F&O/NAV/BC
  • To meet/understand the client requirements
  • Coach, lead and track the performance of development team.
  • Building good rapport with PM/end user at client side.
  • To act as key role model in onsite/off shore coordination’s
  • Working out Functional possibilities and to have clear clarifications with a given module
  • Work in close contact with the Functional Lead so as to plan, design and implement the project as per the specifications and within the given time frame
  • Should develop and implement process flows as per the specifications
  • Constant improvement in Process flow, skills and abilities.
  • Responsible for creating project related documents such as, User Manual, Test Case and Understanding Documents
  • Developing secondary skillset is mandatory.
  • Adherence to the systems and procedures of the organization.
  • To understand and assist the functional requirement under Dynamics-F&O/NAV/BC
  • To meet/understand the client requirements
  • Working out Functional possibilities and to have clear clarifications with a given module
  • Work in close contact with the Functional Lead so as to plan, design and implement the project as per the specifications and within the given time frame
  • Should develop and implement process flows as per the specifications
  • Constant improvement in developing skills and abilities.
  • Responsible for creating project related documents such as, User Manual, Test Case and Understanding Documents
  • To play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial set-up of the project to the final delivery of the result.
  • To work on timelines by effectively scheduling tasks to the development team.
  • Work with the client to analyze their requirements, participate in meetings and to prepare requirement documentation.
  • Assist in mapping the requirements into D365 F&O/NAV/BC Processes and design the solutions
  • Customize and develop the D365 F&O/NAV/BC-system with maximum possibilities.
  • Creating proper documentation on projects/technical documents/digital formats/Processes and application instruction in place for client/future internal references.
  • To work/get trained on other platforms as and when required.
  • To understand and develop the requirement of the given module.
  • To meet/understand the client requirements
  • Working out technical possibilities and to have clear clarifications with a given module
  • Completion of given tasks in given time frame.
  • Work in close contact with the Sr. Technical Consultant so as to plan, design and implement the project as per the specifications and within the given time frame
  • Should develop and implement procedures as per the specifications
  • Evaluate, monitor and review the installation to minimize the technical issues and provide immediate resolutions for the same
  • Constant improvement in developing skills and abilities.
  • On time submission of time sheets to Sr. Tech Consultant.
