- Vendors could submit their quotations directly through the Power Pages portal, making the process seamless and transparent.
Vendor Interaction:
- External vendors were granted access to the Power Pages portal to submit their quotations.
- The system automatically compared received quotations, highlighting the lowest bid for streamlined decision-making.
Trade Agreement & Approval:
- The lowest quoted price was validated, leading to the creation of a trade agreement.
- The entire approval process was optimized within Power Pages, ensuring procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
